Shipping Information

Ellie&Ollie Multi-Ship Options
Now you can easily send multiple shipments within a single order. Please use the Build a Box feature through the Brown Box Store or the Build Your Own Box link from the cookies page. By default, we will ship all orders to "Me." (That means you though.) To add a new name, simply type it in the box and then add to cart. Don't worry, we'll collect all the shipping info upon checkout.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Once you've entered you multiple addresses, please use the "Set this address button" to confirm your entry. Made a mistake? No problem, just use the edit this address link below the person's information.

Remembering Your Addresses
It's done through cookies. No pun intended. Next time you come back we'll remember all of your entries, provided you haven't cleared your cookie settings. If you are placing an order from a new computer or a new browser we will require that you input your shipping information.

Specifying a Delivery Date
Upon checkout there is a field where you can specify a delivery date. Order a couple days before or a couple months before, we'll take care of the rest. Please provide a day, month and year for delivery.

How will my order be shipped?
We use DHL 2nd Day or Next day service. Those local to the Mckinney, Texas area can have their cookies delivered (for a fee), or picked up at our bakery.

How do I track my order?
When an item ships, we include the email address from the order in our DHL shipping system. You will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery.
