How do I pay for an order?
We accept VISA, M/C and AMEX.

Do you charge tax?
In the state of Texas, we add 8.25% tax to the order. If the order is shipped out of state, no tax is applied.

How will my order be packaged?
All orders arrive in our signature brown box, topped with ribbon and our label. Each box contains 15 cookies. Ellie&Ollie sample packs contain three cookies per package with a 10 box minimum.

Want to place multiple orders at the same time?
No problem. Now you can easily send multiple shipments within a single order. Please use the Build a Box feature through the Brown Box Store or the the Build Your Own Box link from the cookies page. By default, we will ship all orders to "Me." (That means you though.) To add a new name, simply type it in the box and then add to cart. Don't worry, we'll collect all the shipping info. upon checkout.

Order now, ship later
Upon checkout there is a field where you can specify a delivery date. Order a couple days before or a couple months before, we'll take care of the rest. Please provide a day, month and year for delivery.
